Kangkong (water spinach)

Kangkong is a leafy green vegetable that is well known in several Southeast Asian cuisines. Similar to spinach it is an ingredient often used in stir fries and soups. The flavors of this mild tasting ingredient can be brought out by different marinades. When cooked properly its leaves are tender and delicious and it’s stems slightly crunchy, ready to be enjoyed in a variety of ways.
